Haig Point Foundation assists Daufuskie Island Fire Department with purchase through grant program.

Introducing the newest member of the DIFD fleet, our multi-talented equipped UTV, able to serve beach, dock, and deep wood fire and rescue needs.  We at DIFD have increased our capabilities to better serve our residents and visitors to Daufuskie island.  Since Memorial Day 2022, it has assisted in numerous beach rescue calls and a brush fire.  We would like to thank Haig Point Foundation for their grant that assisted in the timely purchase of this unit.

Thank you to all SPONSORS, PLAYERS and VOLUNTEERS that made the 4th Annual Haig Point Foundation Golf Tournament a huge success!
